In program quantities: fence boards from 5/8" to 7/8" thick in 4'–8' lengths; 4×4 posts to 16'; 2" and 3" dimensional KD boards to 20'; and heat-treated timbers from 6×6 up to 12×12 in lengths to 16'. On a special-order basis, we can produce timbers up to 15×15 and lengths to 30' from select large-diameter logs — these are available in limited quantities only, by arrangement.

Yes. Because Japanese sawmills cut to order in metric rather than to North American standard sizes, Sugico can specify any custom Imperial net dimension: standard net sizes (3-1/2", 5-1/2", 7-1/4"), slight oversize (such as 3-3/4" or 5-3/4"), or full-sawn true dimensions (a full 4", 6", or 8") in either width or thickness. Saw lines are set for each order rather than pulled from standard-size inventory.

All dimensional stock is kiln-dried to 19% moisture content or less. Timbers use a slow KD/heat-treatment process with anti-fungicide applied before drying to limit checking. Units ship in durable, full-coverage paper wrap.

Availability varies by product line, but our fence boards are offered in #1/Btr with min 10-15% Clear and #2/Btr No-Hole Premium grades, and our patterned and finished items include T&G, Bevel, Shiplap, and Yakisugi.
